I have a very secure parking space out in the ‘bombshelter’ on institute place and am looking to sell it. The space entitles you to a share in eastside parking ltd. as well as a position of director on the board at Eastside Academy. I am willing to hand over my shares at no cost, the reason being I am leaving the country in two months and am looking for a quick handover.
